How to fix the blank “FoxitHelpLibForNet.##.##.chm” help file?

When your Foxit Merger for .NET SDK Getting Started Library don’t show any content, do the steps below to fix this error:

1. Right click on the “FoxitHelpLibForNet.##.##.chm” file and select properties
2. Click on “Unblock”
